White tea is the smoothest of teas. Only the finest tea leaves are used
from each bush and the minimal amount of processing is used.
This tea is produced in small quantities since it is labor intensive and
so they are priced higher. Some tea connoisseurs consider white
tea at the top class of all teas. White tea has many health
benefits, studies have shown that it is 10% more effective
in improving immune health than green tea. It is excellent
at detoxifying the body and is high in antioxidants. 
White tea is also great for the complexion. (Low caffeine)
