Each special Victorian tea party of 8 or more is required to have a special party contract.

The Tea Gardens Tea
4 sandwich selection, fruit salad, assorted scones with clotted cream and jam, seasonal desserts and 2 choices of tea for your party, served in 3 tiered stands. 26.00 pp (2 hour limit)

Party Wishes Tea Party
All Party Wishes Tea Parties include include gorgeous table décor, fun games, unique party favors and Afternoon Tea (finger sandwiches, scones, desserts, and choice of herbal tea, pink lemonade or apple juice) just choose a theme; Mary Poppins, French Poodle, Mad Hatter, Princess, Tinkerbell or Fairy and let us create the perfect party.

Minimum 8 children including birthday child $545, additional guest $35, max 15 guest.

We can make Special Themed Tea Party for adults too! Choose the Mad Hatter (30 max), Fairy (16 max) or the French Poodle (16 max) call for more info.

Make your party even more special and add Special Themed Cupcakes or Special Party Favors.
Please no outside food or confetti.

Special Tea Party Contract
All special parties of 8 to 12 or more must be reserved with a 20.00 nonrefundable deposit. Parties of 12 to 22 must be reserved with a 50.00 nonrefundable deposit. After hour parties need a 150.00 nonrefundable deposit. The sooner you hold your party the better chance of guaranteeing your desired date and time.

All parties must have their food selections chosen at least 1 day before date of party.

Each party has a time limit if you need extra time it is a fee of $100.00 for each extra hour.

If guest should have any food allergies please let us know before the date of event and we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot change our menu the day of event all food is prepared morning of. If guest wants to order something off of the menu then that will be billed separately.

Your final head count is needed the day before your party date. You will be charged for your final head count regardless if your guest show up or not. We prepare the food fresh the day of the party and we are preparing enough food for the amount of people you require if your guest do not show up the day of the party you are still responsible for the head count you ask for.

After hour parties can be booked with an extra charge of $150.00. A 75.00 nonrefundable deposit and a minimum of 15 guest is required.

The Tea Gardens cannot accept any outside food or drinks because of health laws and health reasons.
