*Water- use good water
*Volume-1tsp per cup; 2tsp per cup for iced tea
*Temperature- from 180-212 degrees
*Time-over brewing will cause your tea to be
bitter. Not brewing enough will make a light
tasteless tea. Always brew at least 2 minutes,
a little longer for stronger flavor.
If you wish to decaffeinate your tea brew, briefly
throw out the first brew and then brew again
for 3 minutes.
* Leg Room-Always give tea leaves room to
expand. Leaves can unfurl 5x’s their dry size.
Commercial tea bags give the leaves inadequate
expansion and are not recommended.
Always buy the best tea you can afford.
Good tea will make a noticeable difference! |
